We’ve been running their paid ads on Meta and Google since they onboarded in August 2025. When they onboarded they had virtually no paid advertising presence across any channel and since then we’ve helped them scale to consistent 6-figure months.

We’ve been running their paid ads on Meta and Google since they onboarded in August 2025. When they onboarded they had virtually no paid advertising presence across any channel and since then we’ve helped them scale to consistent 6-figure months.
Nuovva had built solid foundations on Amazon, but were starting from almost nothing on their DTC arm. There was very little Google Ads spend, zero paid social activity across Meta, no pixel data, no audience insights, no creative learnings and no prior paid performance to benchmark against.
That kind of blank canvas can be tricky. Without historical data, every decision involves a degree of calculated risk. Which audiences will respond? What creative angles will convert? How much will traffic cost? What's the realistic timeline for a strategy to gain traction?
For a brand entering a competitive cookware category - where established names carry decades of consumer trust - the stakes of getting the early strategy wrong were high. The window to build momentum was narrow, and every pound of spend in those early months needed to work.
Luckily for us, we had a strong brand and great product line to work with.
Laying the right foundations
Before a single ad went live, we created an airtight data infrastructure. Conversion tracking was configured between Shopify and Google Ads, Triple Whale was onboarded for clean cross-channel attribution, and Meta's Pixel, CAPI, and catalogues were all set up and verified - creating reliable data flow from day one.
Creative strategy:
Creative has been a primary performance lever for Nuovva's growth. Onboarding as a blank canvas, with no prior paid social activity, no audience data and no creative learnings, meant we were building from the ground up. That context shaped our strategy: we needed to move fast, generate signal quickly, and let performance data guide our future strategic direction rather than assumptions.
Our research process guided the first round of creatives. Leaning on our AI-assisted market research tool to gather initial insights on key pain points and purchase motivations and then start building personas that we knew would drive impact from the get-go. Affordability without compromise became the creative anchor, and we built our messaging frameworks around that tension.

Early creative output leaned towards upper-funnel content to build a strong signal base. Then we scaled high-production, UGC, and static formats, stress-testing proven frameworks like expert-led content, native designs, and direct us-vs-them comparisons, iterating on assets that had scaled efficiently.
Three angles proved to be consistent performance drivers across the funnel: savings and value framing, aspirational aesthetic messaging, and the versatility proposition of replacing your entire kitchen setup with a single pan.
Meta:
On Meta, the approach was built around speed of learning. With no previous data to guide us, we launched a structured Creative Testing campaign that isolated individual creative variants and copy combinations to generate signal fast. We tested our ad formats, copy angles, and landing page destinations simultaneously. This data led foundation meant we could use start using performance to guide every subsequent decision instead of assumptions.

Within weeks, top performers were identified and pushed into a dedicated Scaling campaign. Two weeks after that, we opened remarketing - targeting mid and bottom-funnel audiences with tailored messaging. That remarketing layer alone drove a 2.5x ROAS improvement over top-of-funnel activity.
We’ve taken them from 0 to 5 figures in spend in just a few months.
Google:
With no search history to lean on, we built the Google account methodically. The product feed came first - optimised titles and attributes to maximise match rates and search visibility. From there, we launched a Brand Search campaign to capture the awareness being generated by paid social activity, alongside a Performance Max campaign structured around Nuovva's core product collections.
To push into additional revenue streams, we ran dedicated Standard Shopping campaigns for Knives, Utensils, and Storage - and a DSA campaign to mine keyword data from site content, informing a longer-term search strategy.
Post-BFCM, we moved quickly to support new product launches in a competitive market where Nuovva's price positioning and growing brand trust gave them a genuine edge.

In under six months, Nuovva went from zero paid advertising presence to generating 6 figures a month (10x its original monthly DTC revenue) driven by building the right foundations, fast.
On Google, purchases grew by over 111% and revenue by 171.5% (comparing our first two months to the following two), with profit increasing 666% across the same period. ROAS improved by 32.6% as the account matured and spend scaled aggressively.
On Meta, ROAS improved every single month from launch - growing by more than 100% from September to January - with our mid-funnel remarketing strategy delivering a 2.5x ROAS uplift over top-of-funnel activity alone.
Due to the initial results driven, and audiences, data and creative infrastructure we’ve built together Nuovva is now targeting a further doubling of monthly revenue - and we’re excited to go on that journey together.
