AKT partnered with us on 6 January 2025 and, in less than six months, entrusted us with Paid Social, Paid Search, and to create their ad creative (ECD) to accelerate growth across the UK and US.

AKT partnered with us on 6 January 2025 and, in less than six months, entrusted us with Paid Social, Paid Search, and to create their ad creative (ECD) to accelerate growth across the UK and US.
Before onboarding, AKT’s growth efforts leaned on influencer whitelisting and a small volume of promotional incentives. These approaches helped build early traction, but to achieve sustainable scale, on both sides of the Atlantic, a formal direct-response framework at scale was needed.
Created a full-funnel media engine
We built a best-practice BAU structure on Meta and TikTok alongside geo-specific account architecture to respect the very different UK and US cost dynamics.
Creative-first acceleration
Out of the 456 creatives launched for AKT, 350 of them were hand-crafted by us. A high volume of rich creative assets (Design, UGC and High-production) across Meta and TikTok keeps the accounts diverse and maintains consistent performance. Ad creative volume has been vital to helping us lift spends whilst keeping frequency down. More creative in the account = More opportunity.
Each creative is guided by the first step of our brand deep dive and creative research process. By utilising bespoke AI tools, we extract insight about your customers using qualitative research techniques based on their specific points of feedback alongside wider market context. Using this as a first step means that every creative decision made by our creative strategists is driven by specific context and pain points highlighted by either your customers or consumers within your niche.
The result? Scalable, efficient ads - and a reduction in CAC of 59%.
Channel diversification & demand generation
We launched Demand Gen campaigns on Google to create incremental top-funnel reach. This helped mitigate risk, reducing over-reliance on Meta/TikTok and pushing non-brand search volume. Google ads also act as a catch-all channel for any consumers who might have seen one of the ads on Meta and TikTok and then head over to Google to do more research.
Consolidated campaign structures to allow Google’s algorithm to find the highest-value shoppers, driving a 23% reduction in CPC and 40% increase in ROAS overall.
Market-specific optimisation
Aggressively scaled the UK, where CPAs were efficient, while rebuilding US foundations for future scale. Continuously tested localised messaging and creatives to ensure relevance and efficiency despite rising US CPMs.
